LightUp renders don't work since SketchUp update

Since updating SketchUp from v20.0.362 to v20.2.171, LightUp renders don't work. I click the render button and it takes moments to render and then my model simply disappears. I'm running LightUp v 5.10 but the website says the latest version is v 5.11. I downloaded LightUp again and installed it but it still say v 5.10. Any ideas people?

Sounds like you've downloaded a new version of LightUp but then chosen the old installer.
Check carefully that you're installing the latest .rbz you downloaded. You might consider removing old installers from your Downloads folder to avoid choosing an old installer.

Thank you Adam. You were right. I must have used an older download to install. 5.11 is now running and the renders work well.
